We Are NTPC Bulk hiring in Teleperformance. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals for the role of Customer Support & Sales, skilled customer service advisor with fluency in spoken English and experience of working with UK or international Airport clients. Customer Support Jobs

Job Advisor Responsibilities:

Handling incoming calls

Handling tickets, raising and updating tickets

Calling out to the right on-call engineering team

Handling Emails

Should be comfortable in evening and night shifts

Good hands-on experience in MS Office products and good email handling etiquette

Customer-oriented attitude

Spoken and written English language is a must

Key Responsibility.

• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Analyze the territory/markets potential, track sales and status reports
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
• Continuously improve through feedback

Job Requirements:

• Graduation and under-graduate both can apply.
• Freshers are also eligible
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast – paced and target- driven environment.
• Flexibility to work in rotating shifts and offs.
• Languages required- English & Hindi
• Preferred languages-Telegu & Tamil
