✅BSF Openings: Educational Qualification and Age Limit.

For the post of Head Constable (Ministerial), one should have passed 12th and should know typing. Whereas for the post of Assistant Sub Inspector Steno, one should have passed 12th and should know stenography. The age of the candidates should be between 18 to 25 years. SC/ST will get five years, OBC will get three years and ex-servicemen will get three years relaxation after deducting military service from the actual age,

There will be three phases of selection process for recruitment to the posts of Head Constable, Havildar and ASI in BSF. First there will be Physical Standard Test and Efficiency Test. After this there will be Computer Based Test and then Skill Test, Document Verification and Medical Exam

Height of male candidates – 165 cm, chest 77 cm without inflating and 82 cm after inflating. Height of Garhwali, Kumaoni, Gorkha, Dogra, Maratha and ST category candidates from Sikkim, Nagaland, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Tripura, Assam, Meghalaya, Himachal Pradesh, Leh-Ladakh and Kashmir Valley should be 162.5 cm. The chest of ST category candidates should be 76 cm without inflation and 81 cm after inflation.

The height of female candidates should be 155 cm. The height of candidates of Garhwali, Kumaoni, Gorkha, Dogra, Maratha and ST category of Sikkim, Nagaland, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Tripura, Assam, Meghalaya, Himachal Pradesh, Leh-Ladakh and Kashmir Valley should be 150 cm.

BSF Opportunities: Physical Test,

Male candidates will have to run 1.6 km in 6 minutes 30 seconds. Female candidates will have to run 800 meters in 4 minutes 45 seconds.
